plants are flowering under 18/6. Looks like autos.

I got these seeds from the canadian hemp company, supposedly dj short seeds.
Not only do they look nothing the like the strain, theyre flo0wering under 18/6 MH.
So it looks like theyre autoflowers.
My question is how the hell do I take care of these things? Do I feed them bloom nutes and put them under 12/12 or do they stay under the veg light on 18/6? How do these things work?

Stick them under 20/4 and give bloom nutes and deal with as normal in flowering. Only difference is light cycle needs to stay on 20/4 for best yields. Hope it helps
