Shoving some dowels or bamboo into your pots aren't going to hurt anything at this stage, your root mass will not be affected. It will be like you getting a small papercut on your finger, a little obnoxious but you won't die.

Tie them to the top of your tent string em up

Your buds are so big they are not able to hold themselves up. Too late for a net but I used to tie yarn around the cola and just prop it up on anything sturdy above the grow. Support her she's a beauty!
