Plants are about a month and some time to start foliar

From what I gather, most people find soil feeding to be sufficient. The only time I read about people foliar feeding is to treat a deficiency, perhaps to get around nute lockout in the soil as a result of salt buildup.

To me, foliar feeding seems like a lot of work because I have to remove them from the lights. Droplets act like magnifying lenses, causing burn. Maybe you could use a surfactant to reduce beading and burning. But, it still seems a poor return on effort if you have a good soil and feeding what the plants need.

My plants are in a Living soil made from organic nutrients and such i let it sit for probobly 2 months and now im using it. I started the plants on just water from seed, then used only liquid nutes for the 3 quarters of a month and then i transplanted to my living soil. The plants are loving it maybe even a little to much on the oldest growth spots with a little nute burn on tips and true leaves. But other than that the reason i want to foliar is flat out because its just extra love for these girls man you have no idea. I have the money so why not give these girls everything they can have. In increments of course little is always better than alot!

Another thing i have been using my tap water which is not relatively hard i let it sit for 24 hrs before using. I want to switch to just buying distilled water will this be safer?

I would say distilled water won't be better unless your tap water is > 250ppm. If that were the case, I'd mix tap and RO water to get 120-180ppm.

However, you stressed your use of a living soil and that you want to foliar feed because your plants know when they're being loved(?). They might know you're cutting corners with the water and hold it against you. :)

Seriously, I'm not into it to that level. I supplement synthetic nutrients with organic. I mix tap and RO. I don't foliar feed because I haven't seen any benefit. Seems more work than benefit. But, I know there are people who take it to a level of lifestyle or religion. That's cool. Whatever works for you. I didn't know that's your approach when I replied. I just wanted to reply again to address your water question. That's how I'd approach the question of tap water. Those who get more into "living soil" might not want chlorine getting into their soil. (My view is that water systems are closed and relatively clean. They contain minimum disinfectant to keep the water sanitary within that ideal environment. It shouldn't take much bacterial activity to exhaust that level of sanitizer. Spit in the water, add a pinch of sugar to encourage bacterial growth. It shouldn't take much because the water isn't embued with enough sanitizer to be sanitary after contacting soil.).

If you want to spray something, get some neem oil and use once a week or so during veg. Stay away from all fancy sounding additives and foliar sprays, you'll end up with a graveyard of half spent bottles wondering why you bought 90% of the shit. Don't love the plants to death, i know they're your babies but the #1 mistake all new growers make is trying to do too much.
