Plants and 12/12, timers?

my plants were supposto be on 12/12 since monday(five days ago) and wouldnt u know it........I CANT figure out the f/en timer.......my plants are going to get F**KED!!!!!!!
Now...the timer has this arrow that u put on the time of day it is ...and then it has these little black things that u can push out to set times...HOW DO U DO IT>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>

lets say you want to flower 11pm to 11am, with the lights coming ON at 11pm and going OFF at 11am:

first, push in all the pins from 11pm to 11am.
then, set the arrow to whatever time it is currently.
then, plug your light in and then plug the timer in.

Im and f/en idiot........my wife has been tellim me that is how it works.....I should have listen to her...thank u ..smoke on..peace...........
