so i have some white widow plants growing, 2 males 1 female.

i'm leaving the males as i want seeds cause what i got was given to me by a friend.

after i get the female through bud and get my seeds what do i do with the female? the males will be gone but will the female be worth saving? will it continue to give seeds in every cycle afterward or is it even still useable again? please let me know as i haven't been able to find any info on this and i would clone this plant before using anyseeds if i could.

If you growing outside and its not too cold during your winter you can just leave the bottom few buds on the plant and let it be for the winter. If it make it through the winter it will grow back in spring and summer and bud again. Female plants need male pollen to make seeds, so in the next season it wont have seeds if ya got no males around.

I'm not sure if it will work indoors as I've never tried it inside.

Well, for one thing you'd probably smoke the female buds, after picking any seed out.

Why can't you clone the F now? Already flowering?
I'm not sure if a re-veg of the formerly unfertilized female would be affected once pollinated.
Seem to me it could remain 100% F, but I do not know that.

Hope this helps a little.

abberation is right! Its doubtful it will make it through the winter though. I am going to start some inside about feb. or march and let them flower outside during the spring....leave them and let them veg again during summer and then when fall hits i will get a second harvest out of them.

i'm growing for seeds, since i have never cloned and don't have any more seeds of this caliber, just in case i screw up later so i don't have to pay for more seeds. i can't clone now anyway cause it's been in flower for 2 weeks. as a matter of fact the pollen pods are starting to pop cause there's residue on the leaves that wasn't there yesterday.
