Planting, Watering, Harvesting, around the Moon Cycle?

I'm sure it's been brought up before but anyone practice this?

I planted my seeds on the waxing moon this year and also timed the transplant into the earth similarly. Never heard of watering by the moon, seems like a dicey idea given the moon is waning for 2 straight weeks and you can't not water during that time.

I could see harvesting when moon is approaching or at full but not sure I would wait for that if the buds are ready, nor would I harvest early just to catch the right moon phase.

I cut firewood on the waning moon, especially as it approaches new, less moisture content in the wood. I definitely think the moon phases affect plants.

I have planted bibb lettuce and white lady turnips many years .If is waning turnips pop first.If waxing lettuce usually shows first.
