Planting seeds outdoor in CA ? When

I was wondering if anyone in Cali has started planting seeds or put clones out with the amount of daylight we are getting right now. It's about 12.5 hours a day. Is this enough to keep them in veg? Thanks much

yea i had some clones that are flowering outside that i had to start covering cuz there were going to reveg , its safe to veg outdoor now,

some strain vary tho, mine was a hybrid 50/50 my more sativa doms are the only 1s flowering without problems, if you want to be certain start em indoor and throw em out end of april or just start end of april , 4-20 is the typical start date
