Hey everyone! How are you all? So ive been doing some lolloping and I wont lie, I hate discarding beautiful shoots, so I usually clone them and get what I can. ( Question/s ) If I grow a bit inside , and then send them outside a little later in flowering out door can I just push them a wee bit longer in the season? I know everyone talks about frost, but where I am in Ontario, we get 1 frost and it goes into what they call ( Indian summer ) and is great grow weather for a couple more weeks, anyone tried it?

my thought is tricking its photo synthases may give me some more time with the less natural light in regular outdoor season, any thoughts??? this could be totally stupid , so please be nice on comments!

Yes, you can do it. They will go into flower right away after you put them out. Probably work best with fast flowering strains..good luck

What have you got to lose?

I just started some seeds last week to get a late fall harvest, no supplemental lighting, they'll just grow until they start to flower and I get what I get.

Have some fun with it.

Thanks man, I was under that impression. Its been a couple years since growing, I'm trying to get my baring's re-greased. but it seems some techniques have changed a bit. most people it seems now dont know the old school way anymore

Seems we both have some experiments going on. I always like playing around to see what actually happens. and learn from there. I assumes your in the same Region , or temps such. Ive been hav2ing crazy heat waves all summer, so its helped a lot. If they continue it'll be alright I think

Thanks. They went outside today, little stretchy (ok, a lot stretchy) from my ghetto indoor sprouting setup.

Good luck with your clones.
Hope to Hear/ see how yours turns out! and I'll post mine. I have a couple monster ladies . but lets see how her little ones do.

You mentioned Ontario...would that be Canada, or California? If Cali, then we'd be very similar, as I'm in southern California.

I'm experimenting big time. I've done a late summer start a couple times already, works just fine for my area. The big experiment is running all my plants in Kratky style totes, full hydroponics. If you're not familiar, it's essentially deep water culture without an airstone.

I'll be posting as long as things work out in my system. I will keep an eye out for your updates.

Happy growing.
