Plant ?

hey everyone, i started 5 plants 4 of these were in a grow room and one of them i had in green house just because i did not have room for it at the time. they were all planted at the same time and the 4 in the grow room all came up perfect, but the one in the green house has not come up untill today but it looks like the root is growing out the top???? its like a little white stick?? what is wrong with it? (i think it might have been to cold in the greenhouse so i put it in the growroom yesterday and then it just came up like that by this morning) thanks for any help

sorry about that. im not sure how to post a pic from my cam. can someone help me?? i have a digital video camera, its a video cam and a digital cam. i can take the pic fine and get it on my computer fine but when i go to post it(them) it shows up really really big in the quick reply box and wont let me resize it then when i post the quick reply with the big pic in it it shows up like above (in a little box with a red X) thanks for any help you can give me, and i will post the pics i took of this little white thing.
