Plant with brown and yellow spots w/ pic! Help

Hey everyone this is my 3rd week from seed with my plants. All my plants look pretty healthy besides one plant that has light green around the rim on the plant and on the lower 2 fan leaves there are brown and yellow spots. Should I pull off the 2 bottom infected leaves?

The plant is in the bottom right of the pic if you can see the light green edges.

hard to see with the pic, but not to worry coz those round set of leafs and next set(one in your pic) of leafs will fall off.

just be sure to go easy on the nutes at first... 1/4 strength 1/2, full...
