Plant tops turning 90°

It's somewhat common in veg and early flower before the plant starts stiffening up.
If your light is too intense it will do that.
There are other causes too such as heat, overwatering or too hot soil.
It'll come out of it, but try raising the lights a little first and see if that helps.
