Did you just water them before taking the pics?

A lot of times my plants will become very droopy like that right after I water them. Also, give us some more info like, what lights are you using, what is the PH of the soil, temperature and humidity of the grow room, etc.

It could be a lot of things.

You can mist the plants like that with light nutrients but when you water, you will want to get the entire root system with H2O.

Water it until some seeps through the drain holes, check it every couple of days to see if the top inch to inch and a half is dry. If it is, then water it again. If not then let it dry out.

In my opinion it is better to have the soil a little on the dry side rather than having it too wet, especially during the first month or so of growing. During this period the plant is establishing a healthy root system.

It think you can add nutrients but I would go 1/4 or 1/2 strength to begin with.

I usually start adding nutrients at 2 weeks but go slowly to decrease the chances of Nute Burn. Chances are your soil has nutrients in it already and the plants really get stunted in growth when too many nutrients are added.
