My plants are all around 6 inches right now. They have been growing for 3 weeks and 2 days. Are they at a good size right now? If not how much do u think i will produce and how big will they get?

That's impossible to say and anyone who says otherwise is lying to you. I've been doing outdoor most of my life and been using the exact same space for 5 years with strains many of them I've been growing for 5 years and I still have absolutely no idea how much I will yield.
What strains you growing, what size pots, and what are you feeding them?

The strain is orange kush, they aren't in pots anymore they are in the ground in mg soil mixed in with some of the natural soil and I just starts feeding them MG water soluble all purpose plant food it's a 20-20-20 formula

That's going to be largely dependent on your soil and the amount of light it gets. If you dug a good size hole and it's getting 6 hours or more of direct light a day you could (anything can happen, it's impossible to say really) end up with a nice bushy plant that's 2-4' tall and as wide as it is tall. Expect lots of little round kush nugs rather than huge colas. Could yield anywhere from a few ounces to a couple ounces light of half a #.
But that is all guessing, not a fact.

In Cali, assuming the plants flower on schedule, harvest is usually going to be end of sept-early october on an 8 week plant usually.
