Plant showing deficiencies.

Hi. I recently had to flush my plant due to acidic ph in soil as it was showing deficiencies on the lower leaves. I flushed it 2 days ago and the deficiencies seemed to have stopped for the last 2 days. I just checked on it now and it looks like the deficiencies are starting to appear again on the top leaves and new growth as well. The plant is just over 3 weeks old since it came out of the soil and I haven't fed it yet. I was going to feed it but because of the deficiencies on the lower leaves I decided to flush instead. Now, My problem is this. Should I give it nutes since its over 3 weeks old as it will need nutes at this stage or should I leave it to dry first? If I feed it I might harm it due to overwatering and if I leave it, it might die of deficiencies.

Why are you flushing to fix deficiencies?
