Plant shock

So I grow my plants outside daytime and pitch black at night and I transplanted it to a better pot and it went into shock. Should I put it in the dark after and resume the same daytime/night time routine tomorrow?

keep em out of direct intense light for a couple days til they recover. Still maintain light schedule, just not intense/direct light for a couple days.

Don’t change anything with the lighting f that will just cause more stress. Resume the same lighting as before

I agree with lime. Maintain same lighting schedule just in the shade for a day or 2 and they will be fine.
