Plant sex change surgery

So my autoflowering La Diva showed hermie. Female preflowers on all the tops and branches, But on the 1st node on each branch had balls. i took a razorblade and shaved the tiny balls off as well as minimal of the outer skin of the stem, I took the point of the blade, and with surgical precision :leaf: pitted the exact spot where the balls were growing out of. its been 24 hours and the 8 spots all seem to be healing properly, And there are new female preflowers showing pistils elsewhere on the plant. My thought is that after reading a couple peoples say that trying to castrate the male flowers on hermie plants seemed to cause more male flowers to grow, If you completely remove the area that was producing male flowers, MABYE, just MABYE it could be a permanent fix. im going to be keeping a close eye on it and ill keep posted with progress and mabye some pics eventully. Any Thoughts, Expierences, Lemme Hear em

Also This is all banking on the fact that is was stressed hermie and not bad genetics. I know if its bad genetics more male flowers will show up at some point, But mabye if it was stresses hermie they wont return.

Could work, but its very possible that they might just keep showing up and maybe you could end up harming the plant. It's a risk, but if successfull then that will be a charm.

Castrate that mothafuckin' plant, haha
