hahah I've been wondering the same thing but I figured it out!!! YEEAA it's the little scale on the top right of someones post, just above join date

click the "scale" icon on the Title bar of that person's individual post. hold your cursor over it and it'll tell you what it is......and i've had plants die before, it hurts but you can always clone the thing... but i just got really stoned so who knows! Peace
