At that size i would just put them under some cfls and get a fan like now,when plants are this age air flow is important but it is more important when they are older leave the doors open on the grow room if you are only useing cfls.but dude you can pick a fan up for a tenner f@ck me.You need to get your grow op in order get some lights get them has near has possible but not too close too burn you babysthe brown on the plants is burning from when the fan went down.why did you not pull them out and put them on a window cill or just leave the doors open on the grow room door the light spec is same has normal light its not like leaveing a door open and haveing h.p.s or h.i.d.Flush them through with water set at 5.0/5.5 then feed with the same water ph and add 1 drop of multithrive per ltr.
