Plant Problems

I have decided i dont want to buy bud anymore so i am growing this year. i have about 20 small plants about 5 inches tall. and i have then on 12hr. artificial light and 12hr. natural light .
i left for a while and came back and 3 of mt plants were bent over in a bow shape and laying in the dirt. what is this from. they never recover and i dont want this to happen to others and ruin my crop.

this happened about 4 day ago since then they shriveled but i will have some pics up once i get my sd card back
yeah i figured this is my first year and i have a feeling i may need some help to get some experience :P
but i will try to get pics before i start putting my plants in my grow sites . and i am sure ill take pics through out the year :)

who knows, they might have just been runts iv had it happen for no apparent reason before, generally within the first couple weeks.

maybe but streched plants generally still point toward the light source and shouldnt shrivle and die.

yeah they were still young and i don't think they had quite hit the stretch at that time they were still only like 3 1/2 inches when i lost them . but i was mainly worried about it spreading but i haven't seen any other headed down this path. but the weather looks like it is going to steady out and not such cold nights so i am hoping to plant here next week !

ya sounds like theyare strecthed out. how far away isyour lights when they are under the lights, and what are u running forlights.

my light was about a foot away but i raise it as the plans grow out of each box. i have multiple led light and a halogen light sometimes cuse the basement gets cold as a mofo some nights but usually the led lights is what use
but i just left the plants and i propped one up but they are all deceased now i just want to know if there is something i can go if it happens again or to avoid the situation lol

the halogen light. i would'nt point it at the plant toward the wall so it don't reach for that light.good luck
