So your base water sounds ok. I assume your 1 gallon pots just ran out of food. Your new soil has all the food for now. I’m not sure if you really need to ph your water down. Your soil will do that so perhaps someone else could advise you on that. You could mix a small amount of your bloom nutes to give them a little boost. But maybe wait a couple of days your new soil should be enough for now.

Hold your hand by the top of plant. If you can feel the heat there too close.

So do some research on your bottled food. I’m not familiar with them. There going to need food soon so understand what and how much. Next time don’t wait for your plants to get this bad. I think had you fed them two weeks ago they would be a lot better. Have a good day. I’m off golfing.

Mixing fox farm trio should drop the ph for you around .5 from original ph. Should always mix nutes first and then ph. If you ph down then add nutes.. you are actually feeding at a less PH that originally measured. Hope that helps. I learned that the hard way lol

I rid myself on the issue of over feeding by micro dosing. Taking the weekly values of each bottle and splitting it into 4 waterings for the week. So I feed every watering without overdoing it. I learned a lot on my first run that is actually hanging to dry as we speak. My clones from that plant are doing 10x better than my other plant was at this stage (week 4 flower)

When I used FF bottled nutes I didn't know that you have to mix them in specific order.
Are you mixing nutrients in the right order? Apparently if you do not mix the micro nutes (big bloom) before adding the grow big or tiger bloom there is some sort of lock out created.

Any specific way to mix them up? All in the same thing? What ph should i be trying to acheive? I love seeing pictures of plants look awesome man. I am new to this

Ok.
Example. You need to water and feed today.
First nutrient mixed in the 1 gallon of water should be the big bloom (micro nutrients). Measure & mix big bloom into the water.
Second nutrient mixed in the same gallon of water should be the grow big (macro nutrients).
Then if you need to mix in your tiger bloom do that.
Finally pH your nute loaded water.
search fox farms feeding schedule if you are really unsure when and when not to feed grow big, tiger bloom and big bloom.
i strongly recommend mixing your nutrients at half strength recommended on the bottle.
i am not sure on the science end of things, but the chemists say that mixing the grow big in the water first will not allow the big bloom nutrients to be absorbed by the plant, they will either build up or be drained from your planter in the runoff.

You can find all info on your tap water with a simple Ph strip meant for pools and spas. $5.99 for 50 at homedepot, Walmart, and so on.

Hey wizzle nice to hear from you again man. The plants are doing better but still having problems. They were just transplanted almost a week ago. I am just trying to make sure i get them all healthy and learn all i need to know for this grow. I will look into that and buy some ph strips. Not sure what exactly i am looking for though when using them or how to use them for that matter haha. Also i am kind of stressing about the lights i have and if they are good enough or not for my 4x8 grow tent. Mind if i tell you what lights i have? Mabey you can help me figure out what other lights i should purchase. Just looking for some help i want this to turn out to be a good harvest if still possible. Thanks again.
