Plant problem

i think i have over feed my plants with to much miracal grow plant food an to make it worse i gave them nurtrisions yesterday,the leafs on a couple of em have started to curl an roll inwords.what is the best thing to do i was told not to give them any more 4 a while is that right.this is my 1st grow they will be 4 week old on thursday an they were doing very very well i hope this problem can be sorted out.any 1 with any help pls e-mail me on [email protected]

flush 'em with running water, till it flows freely out pot bottom.

i think i have sorted the problem i had with me leafs,i went to the garden center today an asked them what can cause the leafs to bend & curl they told me it could be a few things,at 1st i thought i over fed em or over watered em but i was just on a paranoid,it was me fan being to close it was droping the temperture rapidly,so i have now turned if off intill later when i will move it back away from em so there will be more of a draft instead of a strong breeze,an HOPEFULLY that will be the end of it.
