Plant problem water deficiency? Root rot?

Hi guys. Got a problem with my grow was wondering if anyone could shed some light
Got 3 plants in coco perlite and 4 wee ones in a airoponics cloner in tubs with clay balls. The leaves on the ones in the cloner are starting to looks like this


Just checked ph in aeroponics bucket was running high 6.5 so i lowered to 6.1
Here is a pic of the roots is the black part root rot? I am running multizym..?



The ones in aeroponics are the worst and are way behind the ones in coco

yes root rot, maybe a little hot in the space

So if i maybe get an air stone in there it will help and maybe something like hydroguard? The airoponics bucket is in my tent so i dont see how i could lower temperature currently runs at about 25-29 depending on temp during the day.. Maybe i should upgrade my exhaust fan..?

How often are you changing out the solution in the aeroponic?

Every 4-5 days because the water evaporates down to just below the pump in that time.. It doest hold a great deal maybe 5L

Got some pythoff and a air stone hopefully this sorts it
