If your feeding and watering was perfect, the single leaflet leaves wouldn't be dieing off at this stage.

Looks like you need to take it easy on the water

Do not feed for awhile with the FF Ocean Forest. Just get your water ph'd and use that only for awhile.

I can tell by looking at the soil its garbage and two you are over watering the only way you are going to save this plant is to go get some high quality soil that actually has some perilite in it, marijuana loves good drainage, and replant getting as much of that old soil as possible out of there. This is just an over all unhealthy plant.
