Plant problem - nectrotic patches!

Hey. I've got a problem. I found a plant problem question guide while trying to figure out the problem so that is completed below. The plant is showing yellowing and necrotic patching on some leaves, + there is a strange purpling on the stem(s). I know that some genetics have purple stems etc. but the stem's texture looks strange in the purple areas. The plant seems to be going along well in other stages, although this is my first grow so I've only a flimsy understanding of the growth of a healthy specimen.

Unfortunately, one of the CFLs came loose and ended up having contact with the plant for a few hours while it was running. This was a few days ago, and I have since redone the light setup, but I had to cut one of the leaf finger tips off. Since then this burnt look as shown up all over the plant. To my knowledge, the purpling was present before the leaf burn. I have looked for the problem, but can only guess at a heat stress issue or a boron deficiency. If anyone could please help me, it would be greatly appreciated.

How long has this problem been going on?
About 4-5 days?
What STRAIN are you growing? Unknown.
What was the establishing technique? (seed or clone?) Clone.
What is the age of your plants? I got it about 2 weeks ago after it had established roots, not sure when exactly the clone was taken.
How long have they been in the soil mixture they are in now? About 1 week ago.
Were they in the same mixture when they were seedlings/smaller plant? If not, what mixture were they in before? No. They were in ~90mm rockwool cube
How Tall are the plants? ~110mm from rockwool cube.
What PHASE (seedling, vegetative or flower) are the plants in? Veg.
What Technique are you using? (SOG, SCROG etc) ScroG (still in veg)
What size pots are you using? (Include how many subjects to pot) 1 plant, 1.4L pot completely full, about 1L of medium in the pot.
What substrate/medium are you using? What brand of soil mixture are you using?(percentage of perlite, vermiculite...etc?) Bloom brand potting soil (average soil) with some wetting granules, don't have brand handy.
What brand Nutrient's are you using? No nutes yet.
How often are you testing pH/ppm/EC/TDS? Never.
How often are you watering?
300mL every 3 or so days, when soil feels dry a few inches in.
What size bulb are you using? 2*23W 2700k(I know) CFLs
How old is your bulbs? 2 weeks.
What is the distance to the canopy? 2 inches usually.
What is your RH Factor? (Relative Humidity) Unknown
What is the canopy temperature? 28 average
What is the Day/Night Temp? (Include fluctuation range)
What is the current Air Flow? (cfm etc.)
80mm PC case fan, 60mm CPU fan.
Tell us about your ventilation, intake exhaust and when its running and not running ? 80mm exhaust at top of rear, 60mm intake at bottom of front. Timed with lights (16/8).
Is the fan blowing directly at plants? No.
Is the grow substrate constantly wet or moist? No.
Is your water HARD or SOFT? Unsure.
What water are you using? Reverse Osmosis (RO)? Tap? Bottled? Well water? Distilled? Mineral Water? Was using unadjusted tap water with pH around 7, now using bottled water.
Are you using water from a water softener? Unknown
Has plant been recently pruned, cloned or pinched? Took off tip of 1 finger.
Have any pest chemicals been used? If so what and when? No.
Are plant's infected with pest's? No.

Unfortunately I only fed him last night, so no run off till he's a bit dryer. I have fed him about 3 times with tap water, the last time I fed him I had some bromothymol blue and checked it with a strip I had online, it was about 7 pH. I have fed it twice with the bottled water, have not yet had the chance to test the pH of that. Have PPM and pH pens on the way, shipping is going to take a few weeks (christmas).

yeah if you haven't given your plant any fertalizer NOW IS THE TIME. get some with a npk higher in nitrogen. feed them 1/2 strength. it looks like your still vegging so get some fertalizer with higher Nitrogen.

i used shultz rose food 16-24-24 for my entire grow... yes i know its a chem, just flush for the last 10 days before harvest. i find chems to be just fine lol its all the same molecule.

I'll be getting nutes and veg lights + a few other things next time I travel over the 'mall' in the next town, hopefully soon. So you think it's just a bit deficient? Thanks for the help :D

i'm don't know what you mean by veg lights but i'm assuming you mean 6500k color-temp rated cfl. at least thats what everyone repeats mindlessly, though it does help to have them logically thinking, they are really just optional. i used almost all 2700k "flower" cfl's. and i only had 2 6500k daytime/full spectrum lights. believe me i cant see the difference with the "veg cfl's but it makes sense to me; the plants should get something close to sunlight... and sunlight puts a very wide color spectrum in fact it is: 1000k to 50000k. it really is not feasible to cover that spectrum with artificial light. especialy when all you have are individual bulbs at a set spectrum. but this is just my opinion

i guess, maybe, just maybe some random color helps the plants metabolize a nutrient faster resulting in faster growth...? probably. i do know different seasons = different available color spectrum. but i find the plants to react much more to actual light scheduling.

.
maybe this is the prob,
PHOSPHORUS (P)
Slow or stunted growth, red stems. Smaller leaves that are dark green. Lower leaves yellow and die. Add chemical fertilizer containing P. Affected leaves will not show recovery but new growth will apear normal

Hey. So I was able to get some bromothymol blue for pH and some liquid nutes. The nutes are N/P/K=1.3/0.8/2.1 and then traces of some metals and shit.
I fed it at 1/2 strength (3mL in 2L) 330mL.
It's looking really sad, I'm upset. It was a 1 chance take the clone or not, so I wasn't fully prepared. By the time this is in flower I'll hopefully have everything sorted that I'll need for a while.

Edit:
Sorry, stoned.

Here are the pH results for the feeding. They are only rough, due to extenuating circumstances.
pH of water ~ 6.1
pH of food+water ~ 6.6
pH of runoff ~ 6.3-4

Also, thanks for the replies, guys. Thanks for that diagnosis, BUDS. I hadn't seen it when getting the food, though. Shouldn't matter, as long as it gets this I think(hope(pray)) it'll be fine.

Hey. The affected leaves are really bad not, but there has been a bunch of new growth!
I have the first results for temp/hum. They were in there for 21 hours, but they got the hottest and coldest times of the day. they are:
20.4C min
29.2C max

20% min
48% max

I can post pics if anyone is interested.
