plant not budding

I have white rhino that are 3 weeks into flower and still arent budding. I threw out 7 males out of the 10 but these 3 left are doing nothing. Anyone had this issue before?

Temp, maturity, light leaks, lots of things could affect flowering.
More details/ info would be helpful in giving an answer.

lol , I can see them budding in the pics. Those yellow hairy things at the tops of your stems. Those are the buds starting to form. Patience.

hahaha the ones that are budding are strawberry cough. take a look and tell me what you think. 3 weeks no buds and at this rate they will be finished in 3 months.....
