plant leaves curl and indent

dont know whats going on leaves are small and curled and indented like little boats usually dark growth stunted lots of clusters of leaves together lookin allmost like they have bumbs on them to im going to figure out how to post pics on here soon i have thats the only prob i ever have is i allways get a few that look like this like they retaeded or somthing
