dude, just loosen the soil, and move the plant so its sitting up right. theres nothing wrong with it.

maybe it grew that way because u have a light to the side of the plant?

also, im assuming you have your light rather far away from the plant. soooo move the light closer also.

Add some more dirt. Move your light closer. Add a fan to help strengthen the stem. When you water be gentle and don't dump it directly on the little girl.

should fans be on all the time or just 18/6 same as light? i have mine pointing at the wall to soften the blow on my girls and there is constant, but not drastic movement. is that enough? cheers guys

Depends on how hot it is in your grow room. Use the fan to reduce excessive heat from your lights. You don't need the fan if the temp is below 90 or so.

i have a little 4" going 24/7 and a big ass 18" oscillating one during the light hours set to 2 of 4 speeds. that does the job in my little grow really well:)

Green is right a fan should be moving the air around all the time. If you temp is around 90 or so its too hot. Temp shouldn't exceed 85. And that is at the point where your tallest plant is not the room temp. You should have a termometer that allows you to move the sensor along with the plant as it grows so you always know the temp at the tallest point or closest point to the light. Otherwise you aren't getting the temp of that tender new growth that is being exposed to a hot light.

im growing in england so temp never too hot at the moment. i have a thermometer and keep it around 70 degrees. only using 125w cfls so doesnt get too hot. one plant is about 4" and the other a bit older, about a 10". others just sprouting. got a heater outside the immediate grow area which clicks on if it drops below 65, keeps it about right. the fan is in with the plants, just to circulate air and stress the stems a bit... ill post a pic soon, cheers
