Overfeeding, back off the nutes, no way those size plants need anything but tap water now, not in the soil mix your using.
Give normal water only until they start to establish.

You really think so Dankiller? I thought to much nutes would burn the edges of the leafs not the spotting it's doing but am new to this and any advice I really appreciate

Your edges are burnt, you don't see it ?
On such young plants to have tips burning already is a huge no no
Your soil mix comes with everything needed to carry your plant at least 1 month on water only (depending on pot size).
Less is more in nutes, water makes plants grow not nutes.

And they were growing nice and solid right ? So why mess things up ...
I'm just kidding, first grow can be kind of overwhelming but it's really easy if you flow basic rules.
Your setup and plants looking very good overall.

Is there any solution for that ?
Back off the nutes.

Vibrant green is what you should aim for, kawasaki green if you want an example, that says your in a nice range in terms of elements in the soil, but don't stress it, as long as they look good and not burnt, just let it be, some genetics and traits are also at play.

6.2-6.3 is even better as your soil mix is kinda sorta organic so you wannabe more in the 6.0-6.5 range, ewc range is 7 as it is so it's best not to resist your medium too much but to flow with it.
Do you use tap water ? If so do you have a ec meter to check what your doing ?

For now yes give only ph water and wait until they look better and new growth is not burnt.
When you reach that stage, measure your water ec, if for example your water is 0.3 ec, add nutes to reach 0.5 ec, next watering go to 0.6 and so on but always looking at the plants to see how they react and if you should continue to go higher or back off.

Raise your temps to around 28C at least.
And you can raise the lights to 60-70% power aswell in the 28c and 60-70 rh range, they will start to grow like crazy if you keep those settings.

0.94 ec ? No wonder you got toxicity and overfeeding so fast.. that is a very high number to add ferts on top of it
You should consider buying an RO system.
You can't bring it down other than filtering it.
Normal coal filters will take it down to 0.8 maybe, still very high.

Ok I am turning up the light to 60 percent today .should I raise the light or leave as it is ?

Yea I was shocked as well water is very bad here .I will look into getting a ro system .Can I just buy filtered water for now while I figure out the ro system ?

Sure if it's not expensive.
What is your light system height ?
If your canopy temps are solid and rh aswell, keep it there just don't stick it too close for them to change drastically.
