Plant laws. Ontario. Question.

Ok. So I know it's a farce the whole 6-199 plants gets 6 months. Anything under is a fine. My question is.

You have 5 plants. In veg. Just finished a flower cycle and you have your old harvest in jars curing. Let's say you yielded 12 oz.

Cops bust in. Find 5 plants. 12oz. No scale no baggies. No intent to sell.

Now what?

Is that jail time?

No law experts out there? Or anyone know how to find this stuff out. I google and google. Can't find The answer. :/
