Okay I found out the LED light I previously had is actually 45Watts instead of 13W. Im going to add that to my CFL setup on the side. Here are its details.

0.2w x 225 LEDs (45w in total)
Red: 7.3Lux x 76 LEDs
Blue: 4.8Lux x 47 LEDs
Orange: 7.1Lux x 76 LEDs
White: 7.5Lux x 24 LEDs
Total Lumens- 1500
Red: 660nm
Blue: 450nm
Orange: 630nm
Okay I know that 45 watts is still weak, but I have figured why the plant even grew to its extent while I used this light. My new setup will have 4 x 23W 5500k CFLs and one 45W Full Spectrum LED panel, and a 42W 6500k CFL. Equaling to 179 raw watts and equivalent to 645 watts. 4x 23 watts are 100w equivs, 42w cfl is 200w equiv, and LED is just 45w dont know the equiv. Not sure if this whole equivalent thing is important or helps but 179watts should be enough for one plant right? At least decent.
