just moved a big plant from veg to the flower room and transplanted it into a waterfarm system. I did do a little damage to the root system but it was huge and only lost a very small amount of root during transplant. But the plant is wilting even though all of the roots are suspended in water. ph5.8-6.2 ppm's 1150 airstone?? It is clearly getting enough water. What is going on?

This may sound like a stupid question, just tryin to help. Are you sure that the main tap root didnt get damaged?

No the main tap root is fine. but the roots do seem like they are at the beginning stages of root rot not slimy but soft and when I pulled at the bottom of them, they pulled away. so I rinsed with h202 and I'm letting them run the night with ro water and a bubbler. Then in the morning I will change to a new res and add aquashiled, hygrozyme and low nutes and see if she perks up. Any other suggestions?

Your plant is undergoing a high degree of stress. I would add a drop or two of Superthrive to the reservoir on the next top off. Make sure your PPM is low so the plant can adjust to the change without further root damage.

So my plant is not getting any better. Now that I really think about it maybe I did damage the tap root. The roots WERE huge and I had to take it out of a 2inch hole in my aero set-up. I thought I did it carefully but I guess I could have damaged the tap root. so I have trimmed the roots back quite a bit and did a H2O2 bath for several hours. I took it out of the flower room and back into veg to give it time to heal but still looks terrible.Roots are brown and no new roots look like they are sprouting yet. Dying leaves, droopy. I have hygrozyme, stresszyme, root excellerator and 650ppms of nutes and an extra airstone. Is there anything else I can do and if it is a damaged tap root, can that heal???
