All your nutrient deficiencies maybe due to pH lockout, i cant stress how important pHing is even in soil grows. Anything less then 6.5 and your locking out phosphorus, magnesium, and calcium and due to what your saying that your having a phosphorus and magnesium deficiency im willing to bet your soil is too acidic. People say 6.5 is the magic number, me personally i like to keep my pH around 6.6... But im happy with 6.5-6.7.
My ph is 7.0 neutral though.MY soil is peat moss but i amended it with oyster shell flour so it brought the ph of to seven plus I used watermelon compost which helped.

Just a thought, you are running your lights at night, right? If you live in a warm area, you really don't have a choice but to run them at night, but not everybody thinks of it. It may help you to get your temps down a bit.

That's a great idea would it stress out my plants a lot to change the schedule to night time?
