I plan on using the general hydroponics trio. How would I mix it and how much do I put if its going to be the first time I feeding it

Pour 1 nutrient at a time don't pour all 3 in a measuring cup together and dump them in mix well if you have any airpumps let it run in there for a bit. Then check your ph and adjust

And you shouldnt need to add nutes yet. FFOF is already amended and adding those nutrients is going to throw off the cation exchange.
That plant is lacking iron right now and is probably in lockout
