Get rid of that wrinkly aluminum foil and either get some mylar smooth on the sides, or paint them white, and lower your lights or raise the plants.
Also if you see the seedlings leaning to the side, they are growing towards the light, so you will either want to move light/plant or turn the plants periodically.
If you separate the plants into individual pots, it will save you lots of headache later down the road.

Ya..one pot per plant in case you get a male or hermi ya gotta yank. Roots move out and tangle FAST..
