plant health issue

I will start with my setup. 1 feminized white widow GSC cross from crop king. roughly three weeks old. light is a sunsystem 150w hps positioned approx 12-16 inches from top of plant. plant is in a 3 gallon smart pot with 100% roots organic potting soil. Feeding is done as necessary but averages about every 5 days. Every feeding is done with the General hydroponics GO box. Last feeding was saturday with the week three recipe from the go box. temps range between 73° and 79° humidity is between 30 and 50%. i have done research with the picture charts and have narrowed it down to light burn (The light was closer for about a week roughly 10 inches above the new growth), or possible N burn. The growth has not seemed stunted in any way and so i have not done anything drastic just looking for advice before i make any changes to my routine.

Looks like N burn to me some times caused when ph is out of range always balance ph after adding N no after don't think it's light burn cause that tends to curle the edges test ppm in the soil and make adjustments if needed if not then maybe it's ph

ok just ordered a luster leaf 1601 rapitest N P K pH test kit plus i have a digital pH tester that i will use on the runoff next watering. I will just use plain water no nutes to see what the current soil status is.

Its going well. Some of these soils build salts quickly and leave burn spots on the leaves. Nothing to worry about unless it gets worse and closer to the top.
