Plant growing to fast???

Hey guys so this is my first grow and I was wondering is my plant growing too fast? Lol it might sound like a silly question to ask but from the research I been doing and watching videos on YouTube it looks like it's growing faster than usual . Please take a look and I would appreciate the feedback thanks!!

13 days old (bag seed) planted in miracle grow seed starting pottin mix for its first 7 days , then it was repotted in fox farm ocean forest .. using 4 cfls at the moment

Looking fine keep it going. .no question is silly..and listen to southcross he gave me a few pointers in the right direction I'm on my 3rd grow now and you really do learn as you go..I mother ed my 1st grow and over thought things .last 2 I have let them do there thing fed and watered and there fine ..its easier if you don't stress. .sure there is a lot of learning to do .every plant is different. Keep up the good work

Id back the lights off about 4 inches. Get her to stretch a bit. You want those internodes to be a bit longer, so you can get penetration thru the plant. Not sure of your lights your going to use for flower, or space, or LST, topping?
