Check out your roots, are they slimy, brown or smelly? That looks like the start of pythium.

I'm on my way back to check.....what do I do if they are? How do I correct this or am I SOL?

looks under watered to me, sometimes when I would forget to water my clones for a few days they would completely sag over like that, but as soon as I gave them water they would stiffen right back up and be fine
