Plant Dying/ Everything Deficiency

Hello

I have some experience with indoor growing but I've always been growing from seed/clone. This plant I got from someone and it was already on its 1st or 2nd week of flowering. It looked pretty poor and feeble but the general condition of the leaves was not tragic at all. I put it under 250W HPS hung like 1,5m high ( the lowest flo wattage I have available ) in the room 6x3m ( not in the growbox , just a regular room ). I didin't water it until it was really dry and then made her a coctail of calcium mineral water with bat guano and worm castings with ph around 6,2-6,5. It went better for a day or two and after that it started to decrease in health Dramatically.
I took it out of the artificial light because it started to show symptoms of heat burns ( even though the light was hung Really High Above ) and placed it near the window.
I don't really know what should I do with this plant. I suppose it's possible it got too much light ( not heat ). I don't know how is her root system and whether I should transplant it to the bigger pot and somehow reset the medium she's living in. Or maybe I should just leave her on the window sill and let her go the way she did up until I took her from the guy.

What size of pot? That (from here) looks like the main problem, get it into a 15l or something of that calibre.
Hi. Thanks for reply.
I was considering transplanting her but I came to conclusion that her current state is due to the shock she underwent after being taken from natural conditions ( she was kept on a window sill since she was a clone ) to artificial ones. Wouldn't transplanting hurt her even more ?

slowly get it used to the big light (a couple hrs a day)
and then begin to feed more
you could do a delicate transplant with some myco's and it might help

Thank You for Replies ! I got her new home ready and now I'm waiting for the medium to dry ( soil mixed with lava rocks + liquid worm castings ). I was also thinking about putting her under CFL 250 instead of HPS. Sadly - I have CFLs only with grow spectrum. Should I go with CFL for some time or try restarting with HPS again ?
