It might be because of my light but some of the new growth and leaves looked a little yellow. I've been giving them about a half gallon each and feeding the with fox farm big bloom and grow big along with a little silica, e very give days. Next water I'm not feeding

they look perfectly fine, maybe the first one has a little too much water
So how much water would u give them in 7 gallons? I've been doing half a gallon every 5 days. Also its getting a bit crowded in my tent should a defoliate based of the picture or let it go? There touching for sure

maybe try half that amount and see how long it goes. This is the challenge of growing in soil, the ideal would be to water everyday the amount that the plant needs but with such large pots it's impossible. Plants like to have dry soil during the night when they don't photosynthetise. anyways, your plants look still very good it would probably be fine continuing to water this way.

Keep it up! :)

Yeah thank any info about defoliation would be nice. In confused where the buds where going to grow so I was going to let it grow with out any training and see were the buds would form, but it's getting crowded as there touching

bud will form at intersections point between the main stems and leaves and other stems,

start by topping your plants, this will increase the amount of tops
then you should remove lower branches and leaves that don't get light. When they are bigger and you switch to flower, clear out some leaves to let light penetrate to bud sites
