Well, aside from the fact that the OP didn't provide much information about what strain he is growing, or what method of growing he's using, or provide us with better pictures...all I can do is assume he's growing an indica based off of the shape of his leaves. And from the pics he provided his buds don't appear to be that large, nor does his plants seem to be that tall.
His plant looks to be indica dominant and no taller than 3 feet in height.
