Plant are Growing to Tall

My plants are growing to tall in my grow tent hehe. Is it okay to tie the tops of them down so there bent over? Ive never had a problem like this before. What sort of effects will this have my on my plant/ yield etc

Look up LST or Low Stress Training, Works great

Its cool to tie them down doesnt hurt them at all

go for it...do it with every one...ull increase ur yeild...just be careful not to snap it

fuck it let it grow grow the shit out of it light it up good and proper...

Better to bend them then making the rest suffer from lack of lighting

Or them not fitting in his tent in general, or them growing to tall and getting burned from the light, i have seen some pics of really bad burns,,, and plus LST is fun cuz you get leaves growing out of places they would have never grown because they are now exposed to light =)
