I'm 4 weeks into veg and I am growin 2 clones one is growing healthy but starting to turn yellow on some of the lower leaves and brown at the tips of the leaves on the upper part of the plant. As for the other one it just stopped growing it seems the roots have not yet left the net cup actually they are dangling about an inch out of the net cup but that's about it. Here's some pics20170302_195835.jpg 20170304_100832.jpg 20170304_100758.jpg 20170302_195850.jpg 20170302_195835.jpg 20170304_100832.jpg 20170304_100758.jpg 20170302_195850.jpg 20170302_195835.jpg 20170304_100832.jpg 20170304_100758.jpg 20170302_195850.jpg 20170302_195835.jpg 20170304_100832.jpg 20170304_100758.jpg 20170302_195850.jpg 20170302_195835.jpg 20170304_100832.jpg 20170304_100758.jpg 20170302_195850.jpg 20170302_195835.jpg 20170304_100832.jpg 20170304_100758.jpg 20170302_195850.jpg

And environment temp? Humidity? PH? Water? Nutes?
The ph is around 6.0, ppm 800, box temp around 74-85 degrees when controlling it, humidity is usually around 45% but drops sometimes to like the 30s or sometime even 20s, distilled water, and Technaflora nutes. I'm new at this and am trying to get everything right but it's either one thing or the other.

I would recommend your first few grows working with organic soil, Im on my 3rd grow and just now considering hydroponicts but will probalby stick with organic soil just water and watch. but those look really hungry and thirsty something is definately up. Here is mine it is in 3rd week from seed.

It MIGHT be your water temp or your lack of humidity, Low humidity will cause the wavey leafs and that could have lead to a nute lock out, the main thing with hydro is your environment moving the water temp a few deg can alter the plant ALOT same with your humidity your going to put them in a stressful situation which is going to make them do strange things

The only thing I'm worried about super soil or just soil itself is that I'm going to have to deal with bugs. If I'm growing indoors will that be a problem for me?

Not really they make a great organic neem oil if for some reason you do, only bugs i ever see indoors is occasionally and ant or nat and have never seen either do any harm to my plants, did actually find a weird looking lil bug that lookes about half the size of a lady bug and same markings except brown instead of orange kinda freeked me out and i killed it MISTAKE this was a good pest it eats PWM spores and feeds on mildew lol always check the bugs in your garden before you terminate them. This was a good one.

Wow thanks man highly appreciated all your info and input all of it's being stored and put to good use. And I think I'm going to buy some super soil soon it's pretty pricey but I think it's worth it right? Another question my roots are turning brown from the taller one well they are brown but not slimy like root rot so it's already time for a res change I was thinking about going to water only for the cycle or something to try to get the roots back to white or normal color also maybe it could help the little one grow and maybe heal them both all in all?

I dont know about hydro but in soil if your roots start to brown you can mix a little hydrogen peroxide in your water regiment i use like a cap full for a 1 gallon jug of water bad part in organic soil it kills all the good bacteria in the soil. and dont buy a super soil make your own, get ya a big bag of FFOF or Happy Frog both are great soils, and then ament them mix in a few cups of espoma tomato tone some kelp meal some worm castiings and about 5 or 6 cups of perlite and some dolomite lime(about a half cup to stabilize ph) and mix this all in a big tupper ware tub water it down real good throw the lid on it and let it sit for a month or so opening it once a week and mixing it up, there are some great organic soil recepis out there here are a couple i have saved the top one is what im growing in now....
-4 gallons* Fox Farm Ocean Forest soil
-2 1/2 quarts* Chunky Perlite (soil already has a good bit of perlite in it)
-1 tablespoon* Hi-Cal lime (figured it would be a bit of a PH buffer in addition the FFOF Oyster Shells, but didn't want to go overboard)
-2 quarts* Earth Worm Castings (Provide bacteria and help supplement Nitrogen production for the plants)
-1/4cup* Espoma Tomato Tone 3-4-6 (mainly to provide a little extra N-P-K across the board)
-1/2cup* Algamin Kelp Meal 1-0-2 (mainly for trace elements)
-1/4cup*Espoma Greensand (mainly for water retention as I added extra perlite).

This^^soil mix I currently have sitting in a 5 gallon grow bag, but I've yet to moisten it, until I can add:
-1 quart Gia Green Glacial Rock Dust.
After adding the rock dust to the soil, I'll water it down, let it sit for a month and then consider it a job!

2nd Recipe
-1.5cubic feet Fox Farm Ocean Forest
-38cups Wiggle Worms Earthworm Casting (1-0-0)
-10cups Perlite(may add more eventually)
-11tsp Rooters Mycorrhizae
