Plans for my first grow room. Any advice???

This is my first grow and I'm really excited. I'll be growing some bagseed just in case i screw something up. I think its a mix of indica and sativa not sure though.

Grow room
22"w x 28"l x 75.5"h
-made from 1" pvc
-still debating on how to cover it
18 gal tote
-going with a aero/drip/dwc type of setup
planning on growing six plants
3'' net pots plus STG growing media

Lights
Will be using CFL's
- gonna use clamp lights attached to the corners with y splitters
- 30w each one a 2700k and a 6500k bulb
- gonna make a pvc light fixture to hold 4 42w bulbs
- they will be 6500k for the veg and then switch them to 2700k for budding
- total of 12 bulbs at one time
-24800 lumens total
-408w total

Ventilation
-6" inline duct for exhaust
-4 computer fans with speed controller to circulate air
- may use white foam board to attach them plus its reflective
-4" inline duct for intake

Nutes
-GH nutes
-may consider monster bloom and monster grow to help supplement

I feel like im forgetting something oh well.

Has any body used foam board before? Just wanna know other options that are light but still sturdy

Foam board it is. Where is a good deal on mylar?

amazon.com has some pretty sweet tents that are lined on the inside with mylar and they have rails to hang lights on..i think they are the way to go for a grow of 6 plants

Got mine at home depot 1/2 thick 4' x 8' was like $15 a sheet maybe? seemed thick enough to me maybe get some 2x4 's to frame it up but it is sturdy enough for me on its own. just cut it exactly right ur gonna want a really sharp knife.

also get some aluminum dryer ducting tape seems to work ok on that or gorilla tape if your just taping it up like I did without a frame. Recommend a little of both. Duct tape is not very effective.

Thats what Im going with next. heard you need to frame it well to keep it from trying to suck in with all the negative pressure from outlet fans though :/ cheap at $9 for a 10' x10 sheet on ebay and zippers are $8.
