Planning to start indoors, PLEASE help

Currently have a Larry OG clone outside doing pretty well.

Please help me to perfect.
I plan to get some clones in soil and put them in my cabinet 2 and a half ft tall and 1 and a half wide. I was thinking an exhaust towards the top and an inlet fan towards the middle/bottom(no co2)

as for lights i need help what to use, and im on a pretty tight budget.

if youre on a tight budget cfls are perfect for you.

As many of the strongest ones you can supply power to and keep cool. More light equals more bud.
