Hi all!

I am currently getting good results with my current light, but, was to step it up next spring. I'm starting to shop around, but figured I'd look for some input here.

I will be continuing my 4x4 scrog setup, but looking for an equivalent to 1000w hps. I'm not a diy type guy, so hoping folks can point me in the right direction.

Looking for no more than $750 investment, and wondering what your guys and gals thoughts are on company, brand... that sort of deal.

Any feedback is greatly appreciated!

Cheers!

I know you said your not a diy type

Does this mean you want a plug and play fixture? Or just that you need extra help with the diy parts sourcing etc?

For pre built

HLG has the 550
Timber has the fatty vs and redwoods
Amare has the bar 8
Cutter has the ssk 550
Gavita has also entered the led market

Diy
Samsung strips
Plc photo boost
Bridgelux gen 3 coming soon
HLG also sells kits for the diy to save a few bucks
@CobKits sells nice cob kits

There's many many other choose too. But that list will get you started lol

Thanks. I'll look them up! Cheers!

And yeah, I'm not up to sourcing and putting it all together. I may get there, but right now, just looking for "plug and play"...

First group will have many great lights to choose from, price point should be similar.

There's also @HortiBloom who's selling a real nice bar fixture and @SunPlix CMH who has a real slick looking fixture that seems to be performing very well according to the numbers

Best of luck

The HLG kits mentioned above are probably the best bang for the buck when quality, reliability, and customer service are factored in. Yeah, there is a bit of assembly, but if you can use a screw driver and follow along for a 5 minute Youtube video you can build their kits.
