just in case anyone is following this thread, or going to use the information in this thread to make a decision where to purchase thier seeds, I thought I would let everyone know that the company did credit the second payment back into my account today....which gets a big woop woop (ok...nerdy, I know! But it SOUNDS so much better than it SPELLS!!) from me!
It's unfortunate, but people generally tell 20 people when they get pissed about customer service, etc...but only 2 when they get happy about it. I like to "tell" on people when they do something good!
I am just happily going to assume that the person who charged me twice, did it accidentally because they happened to be pleasantly high at the time, and fixed the error as soon as it was noticed. Why throw stones, ya know?!
