plane circling grow. could it be followed with a search

a small grey and blue plane circled my house and grow 3 times today im wondering if this has happend to anybody else and then had them come to the property. can they measure square footage from aerial pictures? i had 5 cards up and i havent measured exactly my sq footage of my outdoor. but i have 2 more cards i need to put up and then i should be all gravy but if they already saw plants in the back yard and my main garden and only counted 5 cards i think ill look over the limit. should i be alarmed? if per say i have a firearm should i hide it?

i bought and owned the gun before being a medical patient and when i was not growing. i hope that would count for somthing in court i lived with an avid year round hunter for a year and he practically insisted. i feel safer with it and i couldent justify getting rid of it. dont laws sometimes not apply if you purched claimed item before the law was passed?

i guess one big question i have is what is the fine or sentence for being in possession of a registered firearm while being a medical marijuana patient and on the property or cultivating marijuana? if its a felony charge and would risk the loss of all future legal firearm purchases then ill reconsider

Uhm... If you're not doing anything illegal you have nothing to worry about. I know firsthand that the Attorney General is not going to waste what little taxpayer money they have on Cannabis (my wife is a judge). If you have your piece of paper don't worry.
