Placing First Seed Order, Any Advice!?

I've read through a few posts about how to order seeds. I was planning on ordering from Attitude. I have an offsite building to order the seeds to and I was planning on getting a prepayed visa card. I'm not quite sure though if it's possible to use a fake name on the Visa though.

If there is anything above that concerns anybody please let me know. I'd rather be safe than sorry.

Now as for what I was looking for advice on.. I know that the seed companies have been giving free seeds with orders of x amount of dollars, and I've also heard of some promo codes being used. I'm basically looking to get the biggest bang for my buck. Any ideas on how much to order to get some freebies or anybody willing to give me a promo-code?

Also, I've been wondering if it's worth it to get some 100 dollar seeds compared to the 30-40 dollar range? I'm planning on spending about 120 including shipping and I'd like to go the DVD case T-Shirt option.

As far as the strain itself I was looking for something that is sort of resiliant to heat but also citrusy and narcotic. Any ideas?

maybe it's just me but I don't think I would chance ordering seeds online if you're in the us. To bad you don't have a friend with a clone or something to get you started. Goodluck man.

Has anyone ever actually had experience or known someone who's been busted based on ordering seeds? Everyone is so paranoid about it but the more I read the more it seems most people order to their house with their name and never have a problem. I mean, if its a big risk then surely someone knows someone thats been busted?

Don't use prepaid cards. I got one from Walmart and wound up using it to buy a money order because it asked for your SS# on the ap. Money orders are way safer and if your dealing with a reputable co you won't get ripped off. Also Don't get them sent to your grow or you could be asking for trouble.....

Okay thanks! Great heads up on the prepaid. Never thought of that.. Is there any papertrail on a money order such as name or SS#?

Also, any advice on deals or promo offers yet? Any strain ideas?

Any idea on store/retailer name for the prepaid with no SS# or ID? I think they all ask you for that info when you load up the internet app to activate the card. Atleast that's what I got from the previous poster.

use shirt method, and you can use a fake name on the prepaid, and use code 420 and your good to grow bro.

dont worry bout what he said. we order beaners all the time from overseas n they come with no problems..:clap:

many don't seem comfortable sending cash, but it's worked for me so far
4 cash orders this year, all 4 payments received and seeds shipped

Yeah... Great idea, to keep yourself annonymous, but if you live in the US, you run a 60% chance of getting your seeds stuck at customs, or they could take just about 3 times as long to receive them.

My suggestion to you is: I've heard that Nirvana seeds sends theirs in small plastic toys, as to get through customs easier. That could be a good idea for you. Either that, or just move to Canada. Mine, I got from AMS (Amsterdam Marijuana Seeds), which a LOT of people have said is crap, and yet, I received my seends within about 10 days after ordering.

In the US' I've heard it could take up to a month.

Yeah I've read some of the stories about 3 month long waits for orders but still ariving. . That's why I wanna get it done now. I'm already decided I'll be ordering and definately to a different building. I plan on using a prepaid visa as of now.

My real questions now enlie in what company to order from, what strain, and whether or not to order feminized seeds. As I previously stated, I'm looking for a potent, narcotic strain with a citrusy smell/taste. Higher yeilding would be a plus but not necessarily very important. Big plusses enlie in heat/humidity tolerance for me as my room is not yet completely stable.

Look for strains that are called "Lemon", that'sa usually a good pointer towards what you're lookin' for.
As far as feminized goes, it's not necessarily much better. You can still make some potent hash with males plants, and indeed, it's not as useful, but if you do have a male plant, you won't need to purchase seeds after. You'll be able to have your own "seed bank".
As to most of your other likings, that relies mostly onto your shoulders. But here's a few that I've got from, and that have a great rate.
