Placing cuts directly in aero system

Thanks in advance for your support and assistance! Now, I am nearly ready to take some cuts off my mother, and was going to do the usual rockwool medium and then transplant that into my hydroton filled net pots in my Botanicare Aerojet. But my question is, seeing as the aerojet is really just a bigger version of aeroponic cloning machines, could I just follow my usual cloning process and place the cuttings directly into the Aerojet, but maybe with different watering intervals(any idea what that time would be). Thoughts?

i really woulnt see any problem with that as long as you change the ppm,s and adjust for your plants growing needs you should be fine

tap water, ph 5.5 just make the timings so they stay wet. add rooting hormones if you so choose.

i would think that something along the lines of no medium would be the best for aero cloning (neoprene inserts) rather than net post with hydroron. but then again if it where me i would get some inserts and use the net pots to hold them in and just use that all the way through they do make them up to 3.75 im pretty sure that would be my best knowledge/advice for that.
