The thermostat is the biggest point of contention in the house. I like A/C at 70F in summer and heat at 60F in winter. The wife wants A/C at 76F in summer and heat at 74F in winter. We have to meet somewhere in the middle.

I installed a new wifi thermostat and didn't say anything, so I can control it from my phone. For a few weeks, wife couldn't figure out why the temp kept going down right before I got home in the afternoon. I got a wrist slap and a talkin to for that one

When I get cold, I turn the heat up to 17c.

Not a lot of square feet to heat. Our gas bill isn't very high.
